Return Process
If you are not completely happy with received product, we can facilitate exchange/return process within 7 days of the original date of delivery, please email us at return.exchange@geoblox.lk with following information:
- Order number or order confirmation email or receipt of purchase
- 3 photos of the product
- Detailed description in reason for returning product
Unfortunately, we cannot process your return request if your order is
- Customized/ personalized product
- Sale/Discount items
- Product sold by third party resellers

Damaged Good Received’ Exchange Process
We are happy to arrange a reshipment if your order was damaged upon delivery. Please email us at return.exchange@geoblox.lk with following information, within 2 days of the original date of delivery.
- Order number or order confirmation email or receipt of purchase
- Delivery receipt provided by courier service
- 3 photos (one photo of the original packaging, two photos of the damaged product(s) you have ordered)
